Position Type: Seasonal – Open Enrollment Support About the Role Join our team as a Retail Customer Service Representative during the open enrollment period. You’ll be the first point of contact for individuals visiting our retail location, providing a welcoming experience and assisting with appointment scheduling and basic customer service needs. Key Responsibilities Greet and assist walk-in and scheduled customers. Schedule appointments via phone and in-person using probing questions to assess needs. Answer basic inquiries about health plan options, appointment logistics, and general services. Process member information and documentation. Accept and process payments. Collaborate with sales reps and team members to ensure a seamless customer experience.
