As a Customer Service Representative, you will: Deliver exceptional customer service that leads to high levels of satisfaction. Assist customers in person and over the phone, identifying their needs and presenting suitable solutions. Build trust and develop relationships with our customers. Accurately process sales transactions while adhering to company policies. Achieve and exceed sales goals on a regular basis. Maintain complete and precise work order files and formulas. Prepare and mix products according to customer specifications. Ensure shelves are stocked and displays are visually appealing. Keep the store equipment clean and well maintained. Assist with deliveries as needed and help manage inventory. Stay informed about our product offerings to guide customers effectively. Regularly suggest ideas for improving sales and customer experience. Position Requirements: Must be at least 18 years of age. Legally authorized to work without sponsorship for a work visa now or in the future. Valid, unrestricted Driver's License is required. Ability to lift and carry up to 50 lbs frequently and up to 70 lbs occasionally, with or without accommodation. Flexibility to work scheduled hours, including evenings and weekends. Preferred Qualifications: High School diploma or GED. Minimum of 1 year experience in retail or customer service. Experience in selling paint or paint-related products is a plus. Knowledge of tinting and mixing equipment is desirable. Ability to communicate fluently in multiple languages, including Spanish.
