Join our dynamic team as a Retail Customer Service Representative, where you will play a vital role in the success of our stores. In this position, you will work closely with both wholesale and retail customers to understand their needs, provide expert advice on Sherwin-Williams products, and recommend the best solutions to enhance their experience. Your commitment to resolving customer concerns promptly will ensure maximum satisfaction and contribute to achieving our store's sales goals. This is a full-time position with a starting pay rate of $15.50/hr. The selected candidate will work at various stores within a 15-mile radius of Store #1101, located at: 99 Crossfield CT., Versailles, KY. As a Retail Customer Service Representative, your role will involve: Delivering exceptional customer service to enhance client satisfaction. Assisting customers both in-person and over the phone to identify their needs and present suitable products and services. Building strong and trusting relationships with wholesale and retail customers. Accurately processing sales transactions in accordance with company policies. Aiming to meet sales objectives on a monthly, quarterly, and yearly basis. Maintaining detailed work order files and formulas. Retrieving products from the sales floor or warehouse as needed. Tinting and mixing products to meet customer specifications. Stocking shelves and organizing displays to enhance merchandise visibility. Ensuring store equipment is clean and well-maintained. Loading and unloading delivery trucks. Assisting with deliveries when necessary. Keeping assigned areas tidy and presentable. Staying informed about product offerings to discuss available options effectively. Adhering to inventory control procedures. Proposing ideas to enhance sales performance. Minimum Requirements: A minimum age of 18 years. Legal authorization to work in the country without requiring sponsorship for a work visa. A valid, unrestricted Driver's License. The ability to lift and carry materials frequently, up to 50 lbs., and occasionally up to 70 lbs. A willingness to work scheduled hours, including evenings and weekends. Preferred Qualifications: High School diploma or GED. At least one year of experience in delivery, retail, or customer service. Experience in selling paint and related products. Familiarity with operating tinting and mixing equipment. Fluency in more than one language is a plus. Ability to communicate in Spanish is desirable.
