Join our team as a Bilingual Retail Customer Service Representative (Spanish) at Sherwin-Williams! In this role, you will engage with both wholesale and retail customers to fulfill their needs, answer questions about our top-quality products, and suggest the best solutions tailored to them. You’ll play a crucial part in ensuring customer satisfaction by resolving concerns efficiently and helping to drive sales goals. Your responsibilities will include: Delivering high levels of satisfaction through exceptional sales service. Interacting kindly with customers both in person and over phone, identifying their needs, and recommending relevant products and services. Establishing strong relationships of trust with wholesale and retail clients. Accurately processing sales transactions in line with company policies. Aiming to meet or exceed monthly, quarterly, and yearly sales targets. Maintaining organized work orders and formulas. Selecting products from the sales floor or warehouse as required. Tinting and mixing products to meet customer specifications when necessary. Stocking shelves and setting up appealing displays. Cleaning store equipment and maintaining a tidy environment. Participating in loading/unloading deliveries and assisting with delivery tasks. Keeping assigned areas in-stock and visually presentable. Staying knowledgeable about our product offerings and engaging in discussions about available options. Adhering to inventory control procedures. Providing suggestions for improving sales strategies. Minimum Requirements: Must be at least eighteen (18) years of age. Must be legally authorized to work in the country without needing sponsorship. Must be able to read, write, comprehend, and communicate effectively in English and Spanish. Must be able to lift and carry materials up to 50 lbs. frequently and up to 70 lbs. occasionally, with or without reasonable accommodation. Availability to work scheduled hours, including evenings and weekends, with or without reasonable accommodation. Preferred Qualifications: A valid, unrestricted Driver’s License. A minimum of a High School diploma or GED. At least one year of experience in delivery, retail, or customer service. Prior experience selling paint and paint-related products.
