This role is crucial for the success of our retail operations. As a Customer Service Representative, you will engage closely with wholesale and retail customers to understand their needs, answer questions about Sherwin-Williams products, and suggest the ideal solutions. You will also be responsible for promptly addressing any customer concerns, ensuring maximum satisfaction, and keeping up-to-date with the latest product features while maintaining the high-quality visual standards of our store. Achieving excellent customer service while meeting the store's sales goals is key.
Location: You will work at Store #703380, located at: 508B 20th Ave SW, Minot, ND 58701.
Position Type: This is a Part-Time opportunity with a starting rate of $16.50/hr.

Deliver exceptional customer service through engaging sales interactions
Assist customers in-store and over the phone by identifying their needs and recommending suitable products
Build productive relationships with both wholesale and retail customers
Accurately process sales transactions in line with company policies
Meet and pursue monthly, quarterly, and yearly sales goals
Maintain accurate work order files and formulations
Locate products from the sales floor or warehouse
Tint and mix products to customer specifications as necessary
Stock shelves and arrange displays attractively
Keep equipment in the store clean
Assist with loading and unloading delivery trucks
Help with deliveries whenever required
Ensure all areas assigned are well-stocked and presentable
Stay informed about product offerings and options
Follow inventory control procedures
Propose strategies to boost sales
Minimum Requirements:
Must be at least 18 years of age
Authorized to work in the country without requiring sponsorship
Valid, unrestricted Driver's License required
Ability to lift and carry up to 50 lbs. frequently, and 70 lbs. occasionally
Willingness to work all scheduled hours, including evenings and weekends
If currently employed at Sherwin-Williams, you must meet performance expectations on your latest appraisal
Completion of required HR Cloud eLearning courses if internal to Sherwin-Williams
Preferred Qualifications:
High School diploma or GED preferred
One (1) year of experience in delivery, retail, or customer service roles
Previous experience in paint sales or paint-related products
Experience operating tinting and mixing equipment
Ability to communicate in more than one language
Spanish language skills are a plus
