This role is vital to the success of our retail stores. As a Customer Service Representative, you will work closely with wholesale and retail customers, helping them identify their needs, answering their questions about Sherwin-Williams products, and recommending the best solutions. Your ability to promptly resolve customer concerns will ensure maximum client satisfaction, while your knowledge of product features will maintain the high quality and visual standards of our offerings. This position is based at our Seattle-West Seattle Store: Store #708658, located at: 7305 Delridge Way SW, Seattle, WA 98106. This is a Full-Time opportunity with a starting pay of $23.00 per hour. Your responsibilities will include: Delivering exceptional customer service through effective sales techniques. Assisting customers both in-person and over the phone to identify their needs and provide suitable products and services. Building trusting relationships with both wholesale and retail customers. Accurately processing sales transactions in accordance with company policies. Consistently meeting or exceeding sales goals on a monthly, quarterly, and yearly basis. Maintaining organized work order files and product formulas. Retrieving and managing product stock in a presentable manner. Tinting and mixing products as per customer specifications. Managing store displays and stocking shelves effectively. Keeping store equipment clean and operational. Assisting with deliveries as necessary. Maintaining a neat and organized area and ensuring necessary products are in stock. Staying informed about product offerings to assist customers effectively. Following inventory control processes. Contributing suggestions to improve sales performance. Minimum Requirements: Must be at least eighteen (18) years of age. Must be authorized to work within the country without requiring sponsorship for employment visa status now or in the future. Must possess a valid, unrestricted Driver's License. Ability to retrieve items from shelves and lift and carry up to 50 lbs frequently and up to 70 lbs occasionally. Willingness to work scheduled hours, including evenings and weekends, with or without reasonable accommodation. Preferred Qualifications: A High School diploma or GED is preferred. At least one (1) year of experience in a delivery, retail, or customer service role. Prior experience in selling paint and related products. Experience with tinting and mixing equipment is a plus. Ability to read, write, comprehend, and communicate effectively in more than one language. Proficiency in Spanish is highly preferred.
