Essential Duties and Responsibilities As a part-time Shoe Retail Associate, you will: Welcome every customer with a friendly smile, understand their needs, and provide personalized service. Promote our DSW Loyalty Program and assist in enrolling new members. Answer product queries and process transactions seamlessly, whether in-store or online. Maintain a clean and safe shopping environment by keeping aisles and public areas tidy. Receive and manage inventory, ensuring products are displayed according to DSW standards. Utilize digital tools to assist customers in locating products and completing orders. Handle cash transactions while ensuring accuracy and adhering to company policies. Participate actively in team meetings and ongoing training for personal and team development. Required Skills Availability to meet business needs. Professional, friendly demeanor with a focus on customer service. Ability to work efficiently and meet time-sensitive objectives. Strong verbal and written communication skills. Comfortable using technology for customer engagement (i.e., Register, iPhone). Capable of standing or walking for the majority of your shift. Able to lift up to 50 pounds regularly and perform physical tasks. Experience No prior retail experience is necessary; we welcome motivated individuals! Compensation The estimated pay range for this position is $16.60 to $17.60 per hour. Your specific pay will be determined based on factors like experience, skills, and location.
