What You'll Do: Welcome every customer with warmth and friendliness, assessing their needs and delivering personalized service. Educate customers about the benefits of the DSW Loyalty program and help enroll new members. Answer product inquiries and effectively process transactions for both in-store and online orders. Maintain a clean, pleasant, and safe shopping environment by organizing the store and performing housekeeping duties. Receive inventory, prepare merchandise for the sales floor, manage markdowns, and keep the stockroom organized. Leverage in-store and digital services to enhance the customer experience during the fulfillment process. Complete customer transactions accurately while adhering to DSW's policies. Collaborate with the management team to solve customer service challenges and provide a seamless experience. Engage in daily team meetings and training sessions, contributing to an energetic and inclusive work environment. What We Need From You: Availability to meet business needs. A genuine, friendly demeanor with a focus on customer service. A proactive approach and the ability to work efficiently under time constraints. Good communication skills, both verbal and written. Comfort with technology for customer engagement and transaction processing. The ability to stand and walk for extended periods and lift products up to 50 pounds. A willingness to bend, kneel, and move quickly as required. Experience Required: No previous retail experience is necessary—just a desire to learn and a passion for customer service! Compensation: The estimated pay range for this position is $16.75 to $17.75.
