Your Role Includes: Enhancing Customer Experiences: Welcome every customer with friendliness and attentiveness, tailoring service to their needs. Promote our DSW Loyalty program, enrolling enthusiastic new members. Answer product inquiries and efficiently handle transactions, both in-store and online. Creating a Welcoming Environment: Maintain a clean, safe, and organized store, ensuring a pleasant shopping experience for all. Assist with receiving shipments, merchandising, markdowns, and stockroom organization. Utilizing Technology: Engage with in-store and digital services to bring the shoe experience to life. Handle fulfillment tasks effectively, ensuring readiness for customer pickup/delivery. Customer-Centric Approach: Complete transactions while adhering to company policies for accurate cash handling. Collaborate with CEL to resolve any escalated customer service issues. Fostering Team Spirit: Participate actively in daily meetings and training, showing openness to feedback and adaptation.
