Your Role and Responsibilities:
Deliver Exceptional Customer Experiences:
Greet every customer warmly, assess their needs, and provide personalized service.
Promote the benefits of the DSW Loyalty program and enroll new members.
Answer customer inquiries about products and assist with transactions, both in-store and through digital orders.
Ensure a Positive Shopping Environment:
Contribute to maintaining a clean and organized store, including keeping aisles clear and returning shoes to their proper places.
Assist with receiving shipments, merchandising products per DSW standards, completing markdowns, and organizing the stockroom.
Utilize Digital and In-Store Services Effectively:
Handle all aspects of the fulfillment process, ensuring products are ready for pickup or delivery.
Engage with technology to track product availability and assist customers seamlessly.
Prioritize Customer Satisfaction:
Process transactions accurately while adhering to company policies.
Communicate with the CEL for escalated customer service issues.
Follow all asset protection protocols to ensure store security.
Bring Energy and Enthusiasm:
Participate in ongoing team training and development.

Required Skills:
Availability to meet the business's needs.
Professional, friendly demeanor with a strong customer service focus.
Ability to work efficiently and meet time-sensitive tasks.
Good verbal and written communication skills.
Proficiency with technology for customer interaction (e.g., register, iPhone, calculator).
Capacity to stand or walk for extended periods (up to 100% of working time).
Ability to lift up to 50 pounds occasionally or frequently.
Physical ability to stoop, kneel, crouch, or crawl frequently.
Experience:
No previous retail experience required.
