As a Part-Time Shoe Retail Associate, you'll report to the Store Manager and/or Customer Experience Leader (CEL) and play an essential role in creating a personalized shopping experience for every customer. Your Responsibilities: Customer Engagement: Greet every customer with a friendly approach, assess their needs, and provide elevated service. Loyalty Program: Share the benefits of the DSW Loyalty program and assist in enrolling new members. Sales Transactions: Answer product inquiries and manage customer transactions, both in-store and online. Store Maintenance: Ensure a clean and safe shopping environment by maintaining store standards, including clearing aisles and restocking merchandise. Product Fulfillment: Handle inbound freight, organize the stockroom, and complete fulfillment processes for online orders. Team Collaboration: Participate in daily meetings, ongoing training, and foster an inclusive environment. What We Seek: Availability to meet business needs. Friendly demeanor with a strong focus on customer service. Ability to work efficiently under time constraints. Good communication skills. Proficient in technology for customer engagement (registers, iPhones, calculators). Ability to stand or walk for extended periods and lift up to 50 pounds as needed.
