As a key member of our store leadership team, you'll play a vital role in enhancing our customers' shopping experience, ensuring they find the merchandise they love. Your fandom knowledge will be invaluable in training new team members and supporting management in daily operations and sales goals. What You'll Do: Deliver an unforgettable shopping experience, leveraging your product knowledge and customer service skills. Step up to provide leadership on the sales floor when needed. Assist with store operations, including opening and closing procedures. Manage the register, process transactions, and promote additional sales options like BOPIS and curbside pickup. Analyze store sales plans and key performance indicators (KPIs) to meet sales targets. Help with visual merchandising and maintain an organized stock room. Share insights on fashion and music trends with management and partners. Work with the management team to prevent theft and ensure store security. Foster a collaborative and passionate team environment. Complete any additional tasks assigned by your Store Leader. What You'll Need: A minimum of 1 year of retail experience. Your love for music and pop culture is a plus! Strong communication, time management, and operational skills. A high school diploma or equivalent. The ability to navigate the store, merchandise products, and handle merchandise weighing up to 50 pounds.
