In this role, you will support our store leadership team in providing outstanding customer service, ensuring our fans can easily find and access the merchandise they adore. As a key member of our team, you'll have the opportunity to assist in training new hires and contribute to daily operations, all while striving to achieve our sales goals. Responsibilities Create an inviting shopping atmosphere to encourage customer return visits, utilizing your extensive product knowledge and exceptional customer service skills. Step in to support store operations as needed, including taking the lead during store opening and closing. Accurately process sales transactions and promote valuable services such as Buy Online, Pick Up In Store (BOPIS) and curbside pickup. Comprehend and actively contribute to sales plans, key performance indicators (KPIs), and merchandising strategies. Assist with necessary store layout modifications and communicate current fashion and music trends to the management team. Maintain an organized store and stockroom to enhance the shopping experience. Foster team development and cultivate a collaborative and enthusiastic work environment. Perform various other duties as assigned by the Store Leader. Qualifications A minimum of 1 year of retail experience is required, ideally fueled by a passion for music and pop culture. Demonstrated strong communication, time management, professionalism, and leadership skills. High school diploma or GED is required. Ability to navigate the store effectively, merchandise products, and lift merchandise weighing up to 50 pounds.
