Key Responsibilities: Deliver an engaging shopping experience that builds customer loyalty by sharing your product knowledge and enthusiasm for fandom. Assist as needed by covering the sales floor and providing support to the management team. Open and close the store when required, showcasing responsibility and trustworthiness. Manage the register, process transactions, and promote extra sales through services like BOPIS and curbside pickup, ensuring efficient register closing and reporting any discrepancies. Understand and work towards store sales plans, goals, and key performance indicators (KPIs) like Units Per Transaction (UPT) and Average Dollar Transaction (ADT). Help with planogram updates, maintaining an attractive store layout, displays, and merchandising. Share insights on current fashion and music trends with management and corporate partners. Work alongside Store Management to deter theft and misuse of resources. Keep stockrooms organized and the store environment clean and inviting. Foster a passionate and collaborative team atmosphere. Perform additional duties as assigned by your Store Leader. Qualifications: Minimum of 1 year of retail experience, with a strong passion for music and pop culture preferred. Excellent communication, time management, and operational skills, with a focus on team development. A high school diploma or GED is required.
