Key Responsibilities Deliver an amazing shopping experience that encourages customer loyalty, showcasing your product expertise and outstanding service skills. Take the lead when necessary, actively working on the sales floor and supporting the management team. Handle store opening and closing responsibilities with integrity while managing store keys. Process transactions at the register while utilizing your fandom knowledge to drive add-on sales, including BOPIS and curbside pickup. Understand and contribute to sales plans and key performance indicators (KPIs) such as UPT and ADT while driving for sales achievement. Assist with updates to planograms, store layout, and merchandising to create an appealing sales environment. Communicate the latest fashion and music trends to the management and headquarters. Collaborate with store management to implement strategies to prevent theft and maintain security. Ensure stock rooms are organized and the store remains clean and inviting. Foster the development of a passionate and collaborative team atmosphere. Perform additional duties as directed by the Store Leader. Qualifications Minimum of 1 year of retail experience is required, preferably with a love for music and pop culture. Excellent communication, time management, professionalism, and leadership skills. High school diploma or GED is necessary. Physical ability to navigate the store, merchandise products, and lift up to 50 pounds.
