In this role, you will support the store leadership team in ensuring fans can access the merchandise they love while fostering an engaging shopping environment that promotes customer loyalty. Your familiarity with various fandoms will also be vital in training new team members and assisting with daily operations to achieve our sales goals. What You Will Do Deliver an engaging shopping experience that builds customer loyalty through product knowledge and exceptional service. Step in to support the sales floor and assist leadership as necessary. Open and close the store according to schedule. Process sales transactions and leverage your fandom knowledge to boost add-on sales and services such as BOPIS and curbside pickup. Understand store sales plans, key performance indicators (KPIs), and goals including units per transaction (UPT) and average transaction value (ADT). Assist with planogram changes and merchandising efforts. Communicate emerging fashion and music trends to management and headquarters. Collaborate with store management to prevent theft and ensure a safe shopping environment. Maintain an organized stockroom and keep the store clean and welcoming. Foster development of a passionate and collaborative team atmosphere. Perform other duties as assigned by your Store Leader. What You Will Need At least 1 year of retail experience, along with a strong passion for music and pop culture. Strong communication, time management, professionalism, and leadership abilities. A high school diploma or GED. Ability to navigate the store, merchandise products, and lift up to 50 pounds.
