What You'll Do: Ensure an engaging shopping experience that fosters customer loyalty through your extensive product knowledge and outstanding service. Assist in managing the sales floor while providing support to store leadership as needed. Responsible for opening and closing the store, guaranteeing proper security and preparation. Handle sales transactions with care, promote add-on sales, and communicate any register issues to management. Understand and actively monitor sales goals and KPIs such as Units Per Transaction (UPT) and Average Dollar Transaction (ADT). Collaborate on store layout and merchandising updates to enhance our brand. Share insights on trends in fashion and music with management and headquarters. Work alongside management to ensure store security and prevent theft. Maintain organized stockrooms and uphold the cleanliness of the store. Support the development and teamwork of our staff. Take on additional responsibilities as assigned by the Store Leader. What You'll Need: A minimum of 1 year of retail experience, with a strong enthusiasm for music and pop culture. Excellent communication, time management, professionalism, and leadership skills. A high school diploma or GED. Physical ability to navigate the store, merchandise products, and lift items weighing up to 50 pounds.
