WHAT YOU'LL DO Create an engaging shopping experience that fosters customer loyalty through excellent service and product knowledge. Assist in daily store operations, stepping in to cover the sales floor and providing support to the leadership team as needed. Open and close the store, ensuring smooth and efficient operations each day. Process sales transactions at the register, promote add-on sales, and communicate any discrepancies to management. Understand store sales goals and key performance indicators, including Units Per Transaction (UPT) and Average Dollar Transaction (ADT). Help with planogram updates, store layout, and merchandising strategies. Share insights on fashion and music trends with management and HQ partners. Collaborate with store management to prevent theft and maintain store security. Keep stock rooms organized and ensure the store environment is neat and welcoming. Contribute to building a passionate, collaborative team to run the store effectively. Perform additional tasks as assigned by your Store Leader. WHAT YOU'LL NEED A minimum of 1 year of retail experience. A passion for music and pop culture is a plus! Strong communication, time management, professionalism, and leadership abilities. A high school diploma or GED. Ability to navigate the store, merchandise products, and lift up to 50 pounds.
