Manage the register, process sales transactions, and promote services like BOPIS and curbside pickup. Understand sales targets and key performance indicators, including UPT and ADT, to help the team reach its goals. Support visual merchandising efforts and collaborate on store layout updates. Communicate current fashion and music trends to management and headquarters. Maintain an organized store and stockroom for optimal efficiency. Contribute to a collaborative and enthusiastic team atmosphere. Perform additional tasks as directed by store leadership. What You'll Need At least 1 year of retail experience, with a strong interest in music and pop culture. Excellent communication, time management, professionalism, and leadership abilities. A high school diploma or GED. Physical capability to navigate the store, merchandise products, and lift up to 50 pounds.
