Responsibilities Deliver an engaging and enjoyable shopping experience that inspires repeat visits, showcasing your product knowledge and excellent customer service abilities. Support store operations by actively engaging on the sales floor and offering assistance to the management team as needed. Open and close the store, taking charge of key responsibilities during these important times. Process sales transactions, encourage add-on sales, and promptly communicate any register issues to management. Understand and strive to meet sales goals and key performance indicators (KPIs) such as Units Per Transaction (UPT) and Average Dollar Transaction (ADT). Assist with planogram updates and merchandising setups to ensure products are presented attractively. Share insights on current fashion and music trends with management and headquarters to keep us ahead of the curve. Maintain store security to prevent theft and ensure a safe shopping environment. Keep stock rooms organized and maintain cleanliness throughout the store. Foster a collaborative, enthusiastic team atmosphere that motivates everyone to contribute. Perform other duties as assigned by the Store Leader to support overall store success. Requirements Minimum of 1 year of retail experience, with a genuine passion for music and pop culture. Strong communication, time management, professionalism, and leadership skills are essential. A high school diploma or GED is required. Ability to navigate the store, merchandise products effectively, and handle items weighing up to 50 pounds.
