WHAT YOU'LL DO Deliver an engaging shopping experience that fosters customer loyalty through your product knowledge and exceptional service. Support sales floor coverage and assist the store leadership team whenever necessary. Open and close the store as needed, managing cash register operations and sales transactions with accuracy. Boost sales by utilizing upselling techniques and promoting store benefits like BOPIS and curbside pickup. Understand and track sales goals, as well as key performance indicators (KPIs) such as Units Per Transaction (UPT) and Average Dollar Transaction (ADT). Assist with planogram updates and merchandising arrangements to keep displays fresh and appealing. Share insights on fashion and music trends with management to help shape inventory and merchandising strategies. Collaborate with store management to implement theft prevention measures and ensure the safety of the store. Keep stockrooms organized and maintain overall cleanliness in the store environment. Contribute to building a friendly, passionate, and collaborative team atmosphere. Perform other responsibilities as directed by your Store Leader. WHAT YOU'LL NEED A minimum of 1 year of retail experience, paired with a genuine enthusiasm for music and pop culture. Strong communication skills alongside time management, professionalism, and leadership capabilities. A high school diploma or GED is required. Physical ability to navigate the store, merchandise products effectively, and lift up to 50 pounds.
