What You'll Do Deliver an engaging shopping experience that fosters customer loyalty through your product expertise and customer service skills. Step in to support store operations as needed, covering the sales floor and assisting management. Responsible for opening and closing the store, ensuring key tasks are handled appropriately. Process sales transactions, promote add-on sales, and promptly communicate register issues to management. Understand sales goals and key performance indicators like UPT and ADT, contributing to their achievement. Assist with store layout changes and merchandising efforts to enhance the shopping experience. Share insights on fashion and music trends with the management and headquarters. Collaborate with management to ensure store security and prevent theft. Maintain organized stock rooms and uphold a tidy store environment. Support team development and promote a collaborative store culture. Perform any additional duties assigned by the Store Leader. What You'll Need At least 1 year of retail experience, paired with a genuine passion for music and pop culture. Strong communication, time management, professionalism, and leadership skills. A high school diploma or GED. Ability to navigate the store, merchandise products effectively, and lift up to 50 pounds.
