You’ll play a crucial role in enhancing our customers' shopping experience and helping fellow fans discover the merchandise they adore. WHAT YOU'LL DO Create an unforgettable shopping experience that keeps customers coming back with your product knowledge and enthusiasm. Support store operations by stepping in to provide leadership and assistance to the management team. Handle opening and closing duties as necessary, ensuring the store's security and readiness for business. Manage transactions at the register, promote add-on sales, and communicate any discrepancies to your Store Manager. Understand and assist in achieving store sales goals and key performance indicators (KPIs). Contribute to visual merchandising by helping with planogram updates and store layout. Share valuable insights on the latest fashion and music trends with both management and HQ partners. Work collaboratively with Store Management to prevent theft and enhance store security. Help maintain a tidy and organized stockroom and sales floor. Foster a passionate, collaborative team environment to operate the store efficiently. Participate in any additional activities assigned by your Store Leader. WHAT YOU'LL NEED Minimum of 1 year of retail store experience; a love for music and pop culture is a big plus! Excellent communication, time management, professionalism, and team development skills. A high school diploma or GED equivalent. Physical ability to navigate the store, manage merchandise, and lift items up to 50 pounds.
