As a Part-Time Assistant Manager, you will play a key role in supporting our store leadership team. Your mission will be to deliver outstanding customer service and assist fans in discovering the merchandise that resonates with their interests. You'll also have the opportunity to mentor new team members and ensure the store operates smoothly to achieve sales targets. Key Responsibilities: Deliver an exceptional shopping experience that fosters customer loyalty by utilizing your product knowledge and customer service expertise. Assist the sales floor and support the leadership team as needed. Handle opening and closing duties to ensure seamless operations. Process sales transactions efficiently while promoting add-on sales through features like BOPIS and curbside pickup. Understand and work towards store sales goals and KPIs, including UPT and ADT. Participate in merchandising and planogram updates. Share insights on fashion and music trends with management and headquarters. Ensure effective store security and theft prevention measures. Maintain organized stock rooms and uphold store cleanliness. Encourage team development and foster collaboration among team members. Complete additional tasks as assigned by the Store Leader. Qualifications: Minimum of 1 year of retail experience, preferably with a strong interest in music and pop culture. Excellent communication, time management, professionalism, and operational skills. High school diploma or GED required. Able to navigate the store, merchandise products effectively, and lift items up to 50 pounds.
