What You'll Do Deliver an engaging shopping experience utilizing your product knowledge and exceptional customer service skills. Assist with store operations, including opening and closing procedures, stepping in for leadership as needed. Process sales transactions efficiently and promote additional sales through our services like BOPIS and curbside pickup. Understand and track sales goals and key performance indicators (KPIs) such as Units Per Transaction (UPT) and Average Dollar Transaction (ADT). Participate in merchandising and planogram updates to keep the store visually appealing. Communicate the latest fashion and music trends to management and headquarters. Ensure the store remains organized and safe by maintaining the stockroom and overall store security. Support team development and foster a collaborative environment. Perform additional duties as assigned by the Store Leader. What You'll Need A minimum of 1 year of retail experience, coupled with a strong passion for music and pop culture.
