Efficiently process sales transactions and utilize your fandom expertise to promote additional sales through services like BOPIS and curbside pickup. Understand sales goals and key performance indicators (KPIs) to help the store meet its targets. Assist in implementing store layout changes, including planogram updates and merchandising strategies. Communicate the latest fashion and music trends to management and headquarters partners. Collaborate with store management to implement theft prevention measures and secure store safety. Maintain organized stockrooms and a clean, inviting store environment. Contribute to building a passionate and collaborative team to enhance store operations. Perform other duties as assigned by your Store Leader. What You'll Need Minimum of 1 year of retail experience; a passion for music and pop culture is a significant advantage! Strong communication, time management, professionalism, and leadership abilities. High school diploma or GED required. Ability to navigate the store effectively, merchandise products, and lift up to 50 pounds.
