Your Responsibilities Include: Creating memorable shopping experiences that foster customer loyalty by leveraging your product knowledge and excellent customer service skills. Providing support on the sales floor and to the leadership team whenever needed. Responsible for opening and closing the store as necessary. Operating the register, processing transactions, and promoting store benefits like BOPIS and curbside pickup. Understanding store sales plans and KPIs, and actively contributing to achieving sales targets. Assisting with store layout changes and merchandising efforts. Communicating emerging fashion and music trends to management and corporate headquarters. Working alongside management to prevent theft and safeguard store resources. Maintaining organized stock rooms and a clean, inviting store environment. Helping cultivate a passionate and collaborative team atmosphere. Performing other duties as assigned by store leadership. What You'll Bring: A minimum of 1 year of retail experience, coupled with a genuine passion for music and pop culture. Strong communication, time management, professionalism, and leadership skills. A high school diploma or GED. Physical ability to navigate the store, merchandise products effectively, and lift up to 50 pounds.
