Provide suggestions for sales improvement. Minimum Requirements: Must be at least 18 years old. Legally authorized to work without the need for sponsorship now or in the future. Possess a valid, unrestricted driver's license. Capable of lifting and carrying materials up to 50 lbs frequently and up to 70 lbs occasionally, with or without reasonable accommodation. Flexible availability, willing to work evenings and weekends as needed. Preferred Qualifications: High School diploma or GED. At least one year of experience in delivery, retail, or customer service. Experience selling paint or paint-related products. Experience operating tinting and mixing equipment. Ability to communicate effectively in more than one language. Proficiency in Spanish is a plus.
