All qualified applicants will be considered for employment in accordance with applicable laws. Responsibilities Include: Delivering outstanding customer service to ensure high levels of satisfaction. Assisting customers both in person and over the phone by identifying their needs and presenting suitable products and services. Building and maintaining trusting relationships with customers. Accurately processing sales transactions in line with established policies. Meeting and striving to exceed sales goals on a monthly, quarterly, and yearly basis. Maintaining organized work order files and formulas. Retrieving products from the sales floor or warehouse as required. Tinting and mixing products to customer specifications. Stocking shelves and creating attractive displays. Keeping store equipment clean and in good working condition. Loading and unloading delivery trucks as necessary. Delivering products as needed. Ensuring assigned areas are well-stocked and visually appealing. Remaining knowledgeable about products and their features to assist customers effectively. Adhering to inventory control procedures. Providing suggestions to enhance sales. Minimum Requirements: Must be at least 18 years of age. Must be legally authorized to work in the country without sponsorship. Must possess a valid, unrestricted Driver's License. Must have the ability to frequently lift up to 50 lbs and occasionally up to 70 lbs, with or without reasonable accommodation. Must be willing to work all scheduled hours, including evenings and weekends, with or without reasonable accommodation. Preferred Qualifications: High School diploma or GED. At least one year of experience in a delivery, retail, or customer service role. Prior experience with paint and paint-related products. Experience operating tinting and mixing equipment. Ability to communicate effectively in more than one language, particularly Spanish.
