About the Role

The Company is in search of a Chief Financial Officer (CFO) to take on the role of senior financial leader during a significant growth phase and increasing operational complexity. The CFO will be responsible for overseeing all financial aspects, including accounting, FP&A, reporting, and operational finance. This executive will play a key role in partnering with the executive leadership, the board, and the private equity sponsor to drive profitability, margin expansion, and disciplined growth. The successful candidate will have a background in leading finance organizations within multi-unit or field-based service businesses, possess strong operational and analytical skills, and have a hands-on leadership style that is well-suited to a fast-paced, high-accountability environment.

Applicants for the CFO position at the company should have a proven track record in a similar role, particularly within a multi-state or field services platform. Experience in private equity or sponsor-backed environments is essential, as is the ability to lead and manage a finance team effectively.
