About the Role

The Company is in search of a Chief Financial Officer (CFO) and Vice President of Finance to spearhead the development of a robust accounting and finance platform in line with its aggressive M&A strategy. The successful candidate will be a senior financial executive with a proven track record in a multi-location, commercial services industry, and will be instrumental in both the strategic and tactical aspects of the business. This role demands a hands-on approach, a strong analytical and operational mindset, and a player/coach management style. The CFO/VP of Finance will lead a fast-paced, lean team, overseeing the consolidation and integration of finance, accounting, and administrative functions, and will be deeply involved in the operational direction of the company.

Key responsibilities for the CFO/VP of Finance include upgrading reporting systems, enhancing visibility into all business areas, and driving advanced analytics for data-driven decision-making. The ideal candidate will have experience in managing IT, HR, and other operational functions, and will be expected to wear multiple hats in a true 'roll up your sleeves' environment.
