About the Role

The Company is seeking a Chief Financial Officer (CFO) to join their team. The CFO will be the senior financial executive and a key strategic partner, primarily responsible for financial strategy, planning, analysis, and stewardship. This role also involves maintaining oversight of core operational functions, particularly in the areas of manufacturing, supply chain, and inventory management. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in FP&A, financial strategy, and cost accounting, with experience managing significant capital. A hands-on leadership style and the ability to balance strategic thinking with day-to-day execution are essential.

Key responsibilities for the CFO include leading all financial functions, developing and executing financial strategies, providing financial insights for decision-making, and ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements. The CFO will also be involved in operational oversight, leveraging financial knowledge to support efficiency and profitability initiatives, and partnering with operational leaders to align financial plans with business priorities. The role requires a leader who can mentor a small team, act as a trusted advisor, and contribute to strategic planning. Experience in manufacturing, textiles, or industrial materials, as well as a background in privately held, entrepreneurial, or founder-led organizations, is highly valued.
