Join our dynamic team as a Seasonal Retail Store Manager, where you will oversee all aspects of the store's operations, ensuring we provide outstanding guest services and achieve maximum sales and profitability. Your responsibilities will include managing expenses, controlling shrink, overseeing merchandising, and ensuring effective inventory control. You'll also be in charge of staffing, store setup, pack-up, and teardown during the season. The ideal candidate will have prior retail management experience and the ability to maintain a flexible schedule. We offer an hourly wage ranging from $21.50 to $21.75, based on your qualifications and experience.
