Enjoy an hourly pay rate between $19.00 and $19.25, based on your qualifications and experience. As the Store Manager, you will be responsible for the overall success of the store by maximizing sales and profitability. Your key responsibilities will include: Delivering exceptional guest service Managing expenses effectively Controlling shrinkage and maintaining inventory Overseeing merchandising initiatives Staffing for seasonal needs Coordinating setup, pack-up, and teardown of the store You must be at least 21 years old and possess a flexible schedule to meet the demands of this role. This position requires physical stamina, including standing or walking for over 8 hours, climbing ladders, setting up fixtures, and lifting/moving items up to 50 pounds.
