Join our dynamic team as an Assistant Store Manager for a Seasonal Retail Store, where you can earn an hourly rate between $17.49 and $17.74, based on your qualifications and experience. As the Assistant Store Manager, you will play a crucial role in supporting the Store Manager with staffing, store setup, merchandising, and the overall operation of the store. Your aim will be to maximize sales and profitability through exceptional guest services, staff development, and effective expense control, shrinkage management, and inventory control.
