Join our dynamic team as an Assistant Store Manager for a Seasonal Retail Store, where you can earn an hourly rate between $17.49 and $17.74, based on your qualifications and experience. We offer a variety of benefits, including New Jersey Paid Sick Time, Premium Pay Programs for setup and teardown, and an End of Season Premium Pay Program. All bonus and pay programs are subject to certain qualifications. As the Assistant Store Manager, you will play a crucial role in supporting the Store Manager with staffing, store setup, merchandising, and the overall operation of the store. Your aim will be to maximize sales and profitability through exceptional guest services, staff development, and effective expense control, shrinkage management, and inventory control. Key responsibilities include: Assisting the Store Manager in operational tasks to enhance store performance Ensuring high standards of guest service are maintained Supporting the development and training of staff Managing expenses and shrinkage Executing efficient merchandising and inventory strategies Please note the following requirements: You must be at least 18 years old A flexible schedule is essential Experience in retail management is required This role involves physical demands, including standing and walking for 8+ hours, climbing ladders, setting up fixtures, and lifting or moving items up to 50 pounds.
