As an Assistant Store Manager, you will play a crucial role in supporting the Store Manager with various operational tasks. Your responsibilities will include staffing, store setup and merchandising, and overseeing the efficient pack-up and teardown of our Seasonal Store. You will help ensure maximum sales and profitability while providing excellent Guest Services and developing our staff. You will also be key in managing expenses, shrinkage, merchandising, and inventory control. The ideal candidate will be 18 years or older, have prior retail management experience, and a flexible schedule. Please be aware that this role involves physical demands, including standing and walking for 8+ hours, climbing ladders, setting up fixtures, and lifting or moving items weighing up to 50 pounds.
