As a Retail Service Coordinator, you will play a vital role in supporting our Store Manager and Assistant Managers, focusing on sales, customer satisfaction, store aesthetics, and overall operations. Key Responsibilities: Lead and inspire team members to deliver outstanding customer service to both retail and professional clients. Monitor service quality in the showroom, ensuring adherence to our customer service programs. Manage incoming calls following company policy to ensure professional communication. Oversee the timely processing of online orders and keep customers informed about shipment arrivals. Efficiently handle special orders and outside purchases using our electronic system to maintain accuracy. Facilitate customer returns and exchanges with efficiency, guaranteeing accurate refunds while following correct procedures. Ensure all merchandise is properly invoiced before leaving the store, including charges and warranties. Communicate important messages and delegate merchandising tasks to team members effectively. Ensure team members are following the posted work schedule and reporting any deviations correctly. Execute all store opening and closing responsibilities, including cash management and securing the premises. Take on any additional responsibilities as assigned. Qualifications: Required: Strong communication skills and the ability to obtain RSS Certification. Preferred: Experience in retail sales, especially in the automotive parts industry, knowledge of automotive systems, ASE Certification, and fluency in multiple languages (Spanish fluency highly preferred).
