As a Retail Service Coordinator, you will play a key role in supporting the Store Manager and Assistant Managers in enhancing sales, providing exceptional customer service, maintaining store appearance, and ensuring smooth store operations. This position also includes taking charge of shift management when the Assistant or Store Manager is unavailable. Bilingual candidates are highly encouraged to apply. Essential Job Functions: Lead and motivate the store team to deliver outstanding customer service to both retail and professional clients. Oversee customer service standards in the retail showroom, ensuring team members effectively execute customer service programs. Ensure phone inquiries are handled promptly as per company policy. Manage the timely processing of buy online/ship to store and store transfers, ensuring customers are informed of shipment arrivals. Facilitate special orders and external purchases efficiently in accordance with company procedures. Handle retail customer returns and exchanges with friendliness and efficiency. Ensure all merchandise, including core charges and warranties, are invoiced appropriately before leaving the store. Communicate important messages and delegate merchandising tasks to team members as needed. Monitor adherence to work schedules and ensure any changes are approved by management, with team members clocking in/out as per company policy. Perform all opening and closing duties, including executing day-end procedures, managing money and deposits safely, and securing the facility after hours. Carry out any additional tasks as assigned. Skills/Education/Knowledge/Experience/Abilities: Required: Excellent communication skills. Ability to obtain RSS Certification. Desired: Previous retail sales experience, preferably in the auto parts sector. Knowledge of automotive systems and repair. ASE Certification. Fluency in multiple languages, particularly Spanish.
