As a Retail Service Coordinator, you will work closely with the Store Manager and Assistant Managers to enhance sales performance, ensure outstanding customer experiences, and maintain store operations in our La Follette TN location. If you are bilingual, we encourage you to apply! Key Responsibilities: Guide team members in providing top-notch customer service to both retail and professional customers. Oversee customer service standards in the retail showroom, ensuring team members effectively execute customer service programs. Answer phone calls in accordance with company policy. Process online orders, store transfers, and special purchases promptly while communicating with customers about shipment arrivals. Manage customer returns and exchanges smoothly, ensuring accurate refunds and proper processing of returned merchandise. Ensure all products are properly invoiced before leaving the store, including core charges and warranties. Communicate important messages and delegate merchandising tasks appropriately. Ensure team members follow scheduled work hours and any approved changes. Perform store opening and closing responsibilities, including day-end financial procedures and security measures. Carry out additional duties as assigned. Qualifications: Required: Excellent communication skills and the ability to obtain RSS Certification. Preferred: Experience in retail sales, particularly in auto parts, knowledge of automotive systems and repairs, ASE Certification, and fluency in multiple languages (Spanish preferred).
