Retail Service Coordinator Join our dynamic team as a Retail Service Coordinator, where you'll play a key role in assisting the Store Manager and Assistant Managers with sales, customer service, store appearance, and operations. This position offers leadership opportunities, as you will take on shift management responsibilities when needed. Bilingual candidates are encouraged to apply! Key Responsibilities: Lead and motivate store team members to deliver exceptional customer service to all customers. Oversee customer service standards in the retail showroom and ensure adherence to service programs by team members. Manage incoming phone calls as per company guidelines. Facilitate timely processing of online orders, shipments to the store, and transfers, ensuring customers are promptly notified. Efficiently manage special orders and outside purchases in accordance with established procedures. Process retail customer returns and exchanges in a friendly and effective manner, ensuring accurate refunds and proper handling of returned merchandise. Ensure all merchandise is invoiced correctly prior to leaving the store. Communicate store messages effectively and ensure merchandising tasks are completed as assigned. Monitor team adherence to work schedules and manage any necessary adjustments through proper channels. Carry out opening and closing responsibilities, including securing financial transactions and ensuring the safety of the store. Perform any other duties as assigned by management. Qualifications & Skills: Required: Excellent communication skills Ability to obtain Retail Service Specialist Certification Desired: Experience in retail sales, particularly in auto parts Knowledge of automotive systems and repair ASE Certification Fluency in multiple languages (Spanish highly desired) At O'Reilly Auto Parts, we value growth and stability.
