As a Retail Service Coordinator, you will play a vital role in supporting management with sales initiatives, exceptional customer service, and overall store operations. Key Responsibilities Lead and inspire team members to deliver outstanding customer service. Monitor and enhance customer service levels within the retail showroom. Ensure prompt and professional handling of incoming calls. Oversee the efficient processing of online orders, shipment transfers, and inventory management to keep our customers informed. Manage special orders and outside purchases accurately, utilizing our electronic tracking system. Handle customer returns and exchanges with a focus on efficiency and friendliness. Ensure all products are correctly invoiced before leaving the store, including core charges and warranties. Communicate and delegate tasks regarding in-store messaging and visual merchandising. Enforce adherence to work schedules and approve any deviations as a management representative. Carry out all store opening and closing duties, ensuring security measures are followed. Perform additional duties as required. Qualifications Strong communication skills are essential. Ability to achieve RSS Certification. Preferred Skills Experience in retail sales, particularly within the auto parts sector. Knowledge of automotive systems and repairs. ASE Certification.
