Assist in retrieving merchandise and fulfilling customer Locate orders efficiently. Reconcile transfer documents and receiving paperwork in accordance with company policy. Implement loss prevention strategies to minimize potential shrinkage. Execute visual merchandising standards and maintain compliance with company directives to enhance the customer experience. Qualifications: Proven leadership experience with a minimum of 1 year in a supervisory role. Comfortable interacting with team members and providing clear direction. Adaptable and proactive in a fast-paced, omni-channel retail environment. Self-motivated with a strong ability to initiate and complete tasks without supervision.
