Key Responsibilities: Motivate and coach the team to optimize store operations. Engage with customers to understand and meet their boating needs. Organize priorities and plans to achieve business outcomes. Facilitate training for Crew Members on effective sales techniques. Monitor sales performance and improve metrics. If applicable, oversee Rig Shop operations. Duties Include: Develop a comprehensive sales plan to reach annual targets. Support Crew Members in executing sales initiatives. Provide training on product knowledge and effective selling strategies. Lead in-store events and ensure high standards for promotional displays. Enhance customer experiences to drive loyalty and satisfaction. Uphold stock management and asset protection protocols. Continuously update training materials and maintain operational compliance. Adapt work schedule to include evenings, weekends, and holidays. Ensure timely completion of Omni orders daily. Act as 'Manager on Duty' as assigned and take on additional tasks as needed. Required Qualifications: Outstanding verbal and written communication skills. Strong sales acumen and customer service orientation. Proficient time management skills to meet deadlines. Analytical mindset with problem-solving capabilities. Effective prioritization and task delegation skills. Proven leadership and supervisory skills. Excellent organizational abilities and attention to detail. Familiarity with Microsoft Office Suite or similar software. Preferred industry knowledge and product familiarity. Flexible availability including evenings, weekends, and holidays. Education and Experience: High school diploma or equivalent preferred. A minimum of two years in a supervisory role or equivalent experience. Physical Requirements: Ability to stand and walk throughout the store during shifts. Capacity to communicate through a headset for extended periods. Frequent bending, stooping, and climbing required. Occasionally operate equipment, including forklifts. Ability to lift up to 50 pounds to shoulder height unassisted regularly. Additional Requirements: Must be at least 18 years of age. Willingness to undergo a criminal background check.
