Role Overview Recruit, build, and develop a strong team of Sales Associates. Provide training and coaching on policies, procedures, and job responsibilities. Welcome customers proactively and cultivate lasting relationships. Promote and sell tile and related products to exceed customer expectations. Gain a comprehensive understanding of all store and warehouse operations. Lead by example to reach and surpass sales targets. Understand the installation process to educate customers effectively. Monitor and track established sales goals. Keep customers informed on product delivery status. Uphold professional standards to enhance The Tile Shop brand. Create schedules for Associates and Warehouse Personnel. Ensure inventory accuracy at all times. Apply good business practices consistently. Perform other duties as assigned. Compensation: First-year income expected to be between $60,000 - $75,000 at target. Qualifications Weekend availability is essential. At least 1 year of retail management experience is required. Previous sales experience is a must. Demonstrated ability to build, develop, and inspire a sales team. Strong work ethic with a passion for exceeding expectations. Able to work collaboratively in a fast-paced, commission-based environment. Eager to learn and grow from experiences and feedback. Positive attitude and contagious enthusiasm are key. Detail-oriented and organized. Have a sense of design and ability to curate styles, colors, and textures. Basic math and computer skills are required. Fluency in English (reading, writing, speaking).
