As a Retail Assistant Leader, you will guide your team in all aspects of store operations, including employee management, visual merchandising, and maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction. In the absence of the Store Manager, you will take on managerial responsibilities, driving sales and maximizing profits for the store. Responsibilities: Motivate and coach your team to achieve outstanding sales and exceptional customer service. Ensure customers receive top-notch service by being knowledgeable about all products and fostering a collaborative team effort. Meet and exceed sales, customer experience, merchandising, visual, and operational standards. Serve as a liaison among customers, sales associates, and store leadership. Stay informed about product knowledge and current trends to effectively meet customer needs. Foster a positive and inclusive work environment. Qualifications: At least 1 year of proven leadership experience in a customer-facing sales role. Confident in engaging with customers to create a memorable shopping experience. Driven by a desire to excel and connect with customers through athletic products. Adaptable and resourceful in a fast-paced, changing retail environment. Self-starter who can complete tasks independently. Strong skills in problem-solving, decision-making, and financial analysis. Exhibit high ethics, integrity, and trustworthiness. Flexible availability, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
