As a part-time 'Key Carrier,' you'll perform Leader on Duty functions during your shifts and handle external key carrier responsibilities, including opening and closing the store. Key Responsibilities: Print Sales and Services: Drive efficient operations in the Print function while contributing to overall store sales. Assist associates with equipment in the Print Services area to maintain productivity and ensure timely completion of client orders. Utilize communication tools to coordinate services for customers throughout the store.
Operational Efficiency: Process merchandise accurately, adhering to established protocols and visual merchandising standards. Identify and implement improvement opportunities to reduce waste and enhance efficiency. Support loss prevention efforts and compliance with company policies and procedures. Drive sales and profitability through conversion, Average Order Value (AOV), and customer satisfaction initiatives.
Client Engagement: Enhance client satisfaction through coaching and training of associates. Engage in community outreach initiatives to foster customer loyalty. Continuously develop personal selling skills and product knowledge.
Key Carrier and Leader on Duty: Ensure safety and security during management absences. Perform opening and closing responsibilities, including driving awareness of store performance metrics. Assist in reviewing cash handling and related audits as necessary.
Qualifications: High School diploma or equivalent preferred. 1-3 years of related experience in sales or customer service preferred. Basic computer skills and proficiency in using technology for job-related information. Experience in customer service and print services is a plus. Strong interpersonal and communication skills to establish positive customer relationships. Adaptability in a changing work environment. A commitment to assisting others professionally. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. A keen eye for detail in maintaining quality in Print Services. Engaging, action-oriented, and possessing integrity and accountability.
