As a Part-Time Retail Team Supervisor, you'll be instrumental in creating a customer-centered environment and engaging with the community, while fostering a positive workplace culture in line with our 5C values: customer, commitment, change, caring, and creativity. Key Responsibilities:
Print Sales and Services: Support and enhance the operation of the Print Services area while driving overall store sales.
Assist team members on all equipment, ensuring client orders are completed correctly and promptly.
Utilize effective communication to request assistance and coordinate services for customers.
Operational Efficiency: Process merchandise accurately and maintain visual merchandising standards.
Identify areas for improvement and implement solutions to enhance efficiency.
Ensure compliance with company policies and contribute to loss prevention efforts.
Drive sales and profitability through customer engagement and satisfaction initiatives.
Client Engagement: Enhance customer satisfaction levels by coaching associates and promoting the customer experience.
Support community outreach to improve customer retention.
Develop personal selling skills and product knowledge through the resources provided.
External Key Carrier and Leader on Duty: Ensure safety and security during management absence and uphold regular loss prevention compliance.
Perform opening and closing responsibilities, including managing the store's alarm system.
Assist with cash handling and related audits as necessary.
Education and Experience:
High School diploma or equivalent preferred.
1-3 years of experience in sales or customer service.
Basic computer skills are necessary for effective job performance.
Customer service and print services experience are preferred.
Strong interpersonal communication skills are a must to establish positive customer relationships.
Ability to adapt in a changing environment and assist others professionally.
Attention to detail for high-quality print production.
Passion for our products and solutions, with a desire to continually develop skills.
Demonstrate integrity, accountability, and a drive for results.
