Retail Team Supervisor

As a Retail Team Supervisor, you will showcase your enthusiasm for the brand, technology products, furniture, print services, and all offerings available to our customers. Your proactive engagement and application of our proven sales principles will drive store sales while ensuring that customer needs are accurately assessed, resulting in complete satisfaction during every interaction.
This role is crucial to nurturing a dynamic sales culture in our store, which includes maintaining exceptional visual and merchandising standards, managing logistics, and prioritizing unparalleled client satisfaction. Additionally, you will serve as a part-time 'Key Carrier' for your location and may fulfill leadership duties as needed. This includes external key carrier responsibilities, such as opening and closing the store during your scheduled shifts.
The essential functions of this position may require you to consent to periodic comprehensive background checks conducted by a third party.
Key Responsibilities:
Print Sales and Services: Oversee and enhance the Print function for efficient operations that drive overall store sales.
Assist associates in operating equipment within the Print Services area, ensuring timely and accurate completion of client orders.
Utilize communication tools effectively to coordinate customer services within the Print Services area.
Operational Efficiency: Process merchandise accurately and efficiently while adhering to visual merchandising standards and established procedures.
Identify opportunities for process improvement to minimize waste and inefficiencies.
Ensure compliance with company policies, support loss prevention efforts, and perform other assigned duties.
Contribute to enhanced sales and profitability through conversion rates, Average Order Value (AOV), and customer satisfaction initiatives.
Client Engagement: Cultivate positive client satisfaction levels by coaching associates to elevate the customer experience.
Support community outreach initiatives to bolster customer retention.
Continuously develop personal selling skills and product knowledge through provided sales tools to deliver total solutions.
Perform other duties as assigned.
External Key Carrier and Leader on Duty: Ensure the safety and security of the store and associates in the management team's absence.
Assist with regular loss prevention compliance in partnership with associates.
Manage opening or closing responsibilities, including alarm systems and store performance indicators.
Review cash handling processes and assist in audits related to the cash office.
Take on any other responsibilities as required.
Qualifications:
High School diploma or equivalent education preferred.
1-3 years of experience in a related field strongly preferred.
Experience in sales and/or customer service is a plus.
Basic computer skills and proficiency in using technology to access information are required.
Customer service and Print Services experience is highly desirable.
Strong interpersonal and communication skills are essential for establishing effective relationships with customers.
Adaptability to a dynamic work environment is required.
Professionalism in assisting others is a must.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills are necessary.
Ability to utilize technology relevant to this role and access necessary information for daily responsibilities.
Proficient in processing information and merchandise through POS systems.
Detail-oriented approach to ensure high-quality production in Print Services.
