Part-Time Retail Team Supervisor

By demonstrating enthusiasm and expertise, you will help foster a vibrant sales culture. You will be responsible for enhancing our store's visual and merchandising standards, managing freight and logistics activities, and prioritizing unparalleled customer satisfaction. Additionally, you will serve as a part-time 'Key Carrier' for your location and may perform Leader on Duty functions as necessary. You must also be able to undertake external key carrier duties, which include important opening and closing responsibilities.
Key Responsibilities:
Print Sales and Services: Support efficient operation in the Print department while driving store sales.
Assist associates with all equipment in the Print Services area to maintain efficient production and ensure timely completion of client orders.
Utilize communication tools effectively to seek assistance within the Print Services area and coordinate appropriate services for customers throughout the store.
Operational Efficiency: Process merchandise accurately and efficiently according to established procedures and visual merchandising standards.
Identify areas for process improvement and implement plans to minimize inefficiencies.
Ensure compliance with company policies and contribute to loss prevention efforts.
Help improve sales and profitability through conversion, Average Order Value (AOV), and customer satisfaction initiatives.
Client Engagement: Drive positive client satisfaction through coaching and training associates to enhance customer experience.
Support community outreach initiatives to boost client/customer retention.
Continuously develop selling skills and product knowledge through provided sales and service tools.
External Key Carrier and Leader on Duty: Ensure safety and security of the store and associates in the absence of management.
Maintain compliance with loss prevention procedures alongside all associates.
Manage opening and closing responsibilities, including awareness of key performance indicators and guiding associates to improve results.
Assist with cash handling, cashier, merchandise error logs, and related audits.
Education and Experience:
High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
1-3 years of relevant experience.
Preferred experience in sales and customer service.
Basic computer skills and ability to use technology for information retrieval are required.
Expertise in Customer Service and Print Services is ideal.
Strong interpersonal and communication skills to build relationships with customers.
Adaptability to changing environments is a must.
Ability to assist others in a professional manner.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Ability to use technology applicable to the role and access necessary information.
Competence in processing information/merchandise through the POS register system.
Attention to detail to ensure high-quality production in Print Services.
