Preferred Availability: 1pm-9:30pm About the Role: Join our team as a dedicated Part-Time Retail Sales Team Member, where you will provide outstanding customer service during point of sale and customer service interactions. Your focus will be on delivering swift service while ensuring an enjoyable shopping experience for every customer. What You'll Do: Warmly greet customers and assist with their product and service inquiries. Efficiently operate the cash register, processing transactions quickly while ensuring accuracy. Bag merchandise appropriately and facilitate various payment methods. Meet or exceed individual performance goals, such as credit and loyalty program enrollments. Support inventory management by completing point of sale practices and merchandise handling. Help train new team members on best customer service practices and company guidelines. Participate in daily service routines, including cash balancing and inventory supply replenishment. All associates share the responsibility of: Acting with integrity and fostering teamwork in an engaged and supportive atmosphere. Exercising good judgment and making informed decisions while collaborating with supervisors. Anticipating customer needs and resolving issues with a focus on service. Completing multiple tasks efficiently within deadlines. Adhering to company policies and ensuring safety standards for all associates and customers. What Skills You Have: Excellent customer service abilities with a knack for multitasking and detail orientation. Strong verbal and written communication skills with an emphasis on interpersonal interactions. No prior retail experience is necessary. You must be at least 16 years old. Flexible availability, including weekdays, evenings, weekends, and holidays is preferred.
